Born about sixty years ago, 
the Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB), Licensed Consultant, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, holder of MBA(Finance) and Bachelor of Science in Economics, attended University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos between 2018 and 2020 (in view); Delta State University between 1998 and 2000; University of Jos, Jos, Plateau State between 1986 and 1989; Ahmadiyah (Anwar-UI-Islam) College, Agege, Lagos between 1982 and 1984 and Ansar-Ud-Deen Grammar School, Randle Avenue, Surulere, Lagos between 1974 and 1979.
In addition to the qualifications already mentioned, this versatile Entrepreneur is also currently running a Master of Science degree programme in Economics at the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos which is due for completion by 2020.
EMPLOYMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP
He started work at the Osogbo Steel Rolling Co., Limited, Osogbo, Osun State under the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Scheme between 1989 and 1990. Then he was responsible among other things for strictly comprehensive research work on exportation of steel products to the West African sub-region.
Between 1990 and 1991, this charismatic Professional Banker was the Commercial Accountant with the Lagos State Waste Management Authority, Ijora, Lagos. In that position, he was responsible, among other things, for the designing and formulation of policy for the commercialisation of the Authority; collation/balancing of revenue figures for the Authority as well as conception and implementation of strategies for revenue generation for the Authority.
Mr Liadi was the Credit and Treasury Officer at the defunct Republic Bank of Nigeria Limited between 1991 and 1992. In that capacity, he was responsible, among other things, for capital market operations; general credit appraisal; preparation of monthly returns/reports on loans as well as appraisal and packaging of loan syndication.
Between 1992 and September 2005, this great Business Manager was at EIB International Bank Plc (Now Polaris Bank) variedly as Senior Manager, Lagos Main Branch and Ikeja Plaza Branch; Branch Manager, Ikoyi Branch and Alausa Branch, Secretariat; Head, Branch Operations, Ikeja Plaza Branch and Assistant Manager, Risk Management Group.
His responsibilities covered branch management, marketing with special reference to the public sector, branch treasury management (local and foreign), packaging and management of credit facilities, training, entries/clearing, reconciliation (inter-branch), vault management, handling of various tax matters relating to Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) as well as for Lagos State Internal Revenue Service.
Mr Liadi was Regional Business Captain (Senior Manager) at Access Bank Plc/Intercontinental Bank Plc between 2005 and 2011. In that position, he had responsibilities for business development for the region, with special reference to public sector; marketing and credit relations; treasury management; training and administration; balance sheet management; portfolio management; regional foreign operations and special duties as assigned by the Executive Management.
This visionary Entrepreneur finally quit paid employment in 2011 to start his businesses as Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Raask International Ltd.
