My exceptional brother, Pastor (Engr.) Adeniran Akinwumi, the uniqueness of your lifestyle always stimulates in me, great feelings of massive excitement, satisfaction and gratitude to God Almighty. You are an equivalent of 999 trillion brothers put together.
By way of scriptural allusion, Proverbs 18: 22 says, “Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD.” I would like to adapt this passage and say “Whosoever has an exceptional brother like Pastor (Engr.) Adeniran Akinwumi obtains God’s favour”.
You are a devout Christian and an excellent and rare model of masculinity endowed with deep reservoirs of diligence, vision, integrity, humility, generosity, simplicity, cordiality, hospitality and sociability. And those who know you right from childhood readily attest to all these sterling qualities.
Every day, I just imagine how this world would have been without selfless societal catalysts and passionate humanitarians like you who daily put smiles on the faces of the underprivileged.
In a world where many self-acclaimed achievers arrogantly avoid the less fortunate ones out of ignorance of what I Chronicles 29: 11 and Psalms 24:1 say, you have passionately chosen to pitch your tent right in the midst of the needy in fellowship because you know it is God that gives success and wealth.
As you celebrate the Golden Anniversary of your birthday my wonderful brother, I raise my glass in a massive toast to you and wish you many more years on earth in devout service in God’s Vineyard and continuation of your divine service to humanity.
My prayer is that you will enjoy heavier downpour of God’s blessings, mercy, favour, grace, protection, provision and elevation in Jesus’ Mighty Name.
