The three-pronged purpose of our existence here on earth is to live a life of divine abundance; worship and love God as well as love our neighbours as ourselves.
According to Genesis 1:28, “And God blessed them, and said unto them, ‘Be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.’”
Matthew 22:37-39 establishes the fact the two greatest commandments are: (1) “Thou shall love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind” AND (2) “Thou shall love thy neighbour as thyself”.
But the reality is that most people tend to forget God and even ignore fellow human beings the moment God’s creation mandate of fruitfulness, multiplication and replenishment fully manifests in their lives in the form of massive wealth.
MUMMY OLUFUNMILAYO EKEMODE, a silent achiever, lover of God and exemplary philanthropist being celebrated today August 28 is one of the very few special human beings that have remained totally devoted to God’s service and betterment of the lot of humanity with her wealth.
Little wonder that she has continued to enjoy God’s massive grace, mercy and favour in all ways.
MUMMY OLUFUNMILAYO EKEMODE works all her life to make outstanding humanitarian impacts, including running a massive Orphanage with her God-given resources.
Yet, she wears invisible dark glasses of humility to avoid being recognised and applauded because she does everything in appreciation to God. And God has been so good to her.
2 Corinthians 9:7-8 says, “Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work.”
As you celebrate your birthday today in sound health Ma, I pray that God Almighty will give you the grace to celebrate many more glorious and successful years in His presence and service to humanity. Congratulations Ma.
